Time required: 7- 10 working days

Customised designs: bespoke designs tailored to meet your specifications

Time required: 10 -14 working days per single item order

SHIPPING

All items are shipped recorded delivery via Royal Mail:

 

UK

1st Class Signed For  Free shipping

1 - 2 working days

Orders over £100 are sent by Special Delivery, which includes insurance of up to £500

 

International Delivery

International Recorded Delivery £12.75

* 7 - 14 working days

 

The buyer is responsible for all Customs fees

We provide free insurance on orders over £100 

 

Please contact us directly for Express delivery costs and times

 

We do not accept responsibility for items lost by Royal Mail 

We will dispatch the order to the address you provide via PayPal

It is the client`s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct.

If it is incorrect and we need to reship the order, the client will be charged postage fees.

 

RETURNS

Standard Designs: We accept returns so long as we receive it back in the studio within 14 days of it being delivered to you.

Custom Designs: Please note we do not accept returns of custom designs.

Rush Orders: Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on rush orders.

If you would like to return any item please contact us via email to start the return process.  

All returns must be posted recorded signed for delivery and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Items being returned must not have been worn and will be checked for any defects prior to any refund.

PAYMENT

It is possible to pay with your Debit/Credit Card without a PayPal Account. 

When purchasing your order you will need to click on 'Pay with PayPal' button on our website,

which will then direct you to the PayPal page and there at the bottom is a button that says 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'.
